Your Role

Central to our growth is the ability to rapidly scale elements of our trade compliance program related to our products and brands. We are looking for an ambitious person to classify, establish and monitor regulatory requirements for the United States and Canada. This person will work on consumer products with focus on import into the United States.

Partnering closely with our growth and operation teams, the Trade Compliance Analyst will play a key role in the compliance of existing products and the launch of new products into the US market and Canada. They will work to develop tools to assure timely updates and communications to trade requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute trade compliance procedures and policies across the company; provide support to cross functional organizations.
  •  Experience with US and Canada import regulations and requirements of northern border clearances.
  • Experience with duty drawback (same condition) preferred.
  • Classification and maintenance of HTS codes for all products for the US and Canada for a diverse range of products.
  • Knowledge of testing, packaging and language requirements for consumer goods in US andCanada.
  • Work with screening tools and processes to assure due diligence and define PGA (PartnerGovernment Agency) requirements and indicators on products. PGAs include theAPHIS, CPSC, EPA, FCC, FDA, and USDA.
  • Work with company utilities to assure accuracy of trade compliance data elements.
  • Perform broker audits and assure record keeping requirements are in accordance with US import regulations.
  • Familiarity with international transportation documentation requirements.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles with a strong focus on AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Have deep expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, and RDS.
  • Have proficiency with GitHub, including GitHub Actions, version control workflows, and repository management.
  • Have strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Have hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Have solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Have strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation tasks.
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system optimization and incident resolution.
  • Have knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Preferably you:

  • Have experience with monitoring standards like Prometheus, Open Telemetry.

As Vice President of Planning & Negotiation, you will be responsible for driving the entire purchase order (PO) process from planning through execution. Your role will encompass leading cross-functional collaboration with regional teams, negotiating with procurement, and ensuring alignment with global inventory and revenue goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end process of purchase order (PO) planning and recommendation based on demand forecasts and revenue targets.
  • Leading the negotiation process for POs in collaboration with procurement teams until the PO is confirmed and ready for execution

  • Ensure thorough documentation of accounting and reporting conclusions, in particular related to IFRS 2, IFRS3, IFRS 9 and IAS 36.
