Your Role

We’re seeking for an experienced candidate to join the Accounting & Tax team in the role of Accountant to create a best-in-class Accounting Team across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will play a key role in producing thorough AR/AP/IC/Asset Integrations/Financial Statements among many other topics to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling monthly/quarterly/annual closing processes and timelines.
  • Owning Bank Reconciliations/AP/Revenue/Intercompany processes
  • Developing group-wide accounting policies by developing standards and guidelines.
  • Serving as an in-house expert in technical IFRS Accounting matters, including assessing and implementing new standards.
  • Contributing within the team by continuously optimizing current accounting processes, instruments, tools and procedures in order to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • You are the contact person with our internal and external auditors for all accounting related matters.

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting, finance or an equivalent training.
  • Have +3 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Have a good knowledge of IFRS Accounting - international accounting standards-, ideally with a Big 4 background in auditing, financial accounting/advisory or transaction service line and/or in industry.
  • CPA, ACCA, ACA or an equivalent certification would be an advantage
  • HGB knowledge is a plus
  • Have fluent English and an open communication style that rounds out your profile.
  • Are proficient in all common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Have some experience with NetSuite
  • Are able to quickly understand, analyse, and structure complex accounting issues.

As Vice President of Planning & Negotiation, you will be responsible for driving the entire purchase order (PO) process from planning through execution.   • Overseeing the end-to-end process of purchase order (PO) planning and recommendation based on demand forecasts and revenue targets.

Your Role

As a Fulfilment Operation Manager, you will drive our business by being responsible for overseeing all end-to-end 3PL operations and bridging the operational processes between Freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfilment and distribution (last mile). You will also work closely with our Customer Success team and external service providers in Logistics to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading the coordination of e-commerce fulfilment and distribution operations from third-party logistics locations pan-EU (including UK) as  well as in future Razor-owned fulfilment centres.
  • Taking Ownership of following processes but not limited to - Inbound shipments, Outbound Sales Orders, Outbound Transfer Orders, Inventory/stock  Management, Performance measurement and reporting of the partners, Cost Management – Tracking and Control 
  • Assisting the team with high-efficient inventory management tools and implement SOPs to help improve fulfilment accuracy. 
  • Identifying and qualifying new third-party logistic partners to meet Razor’s growing needs and requirements and ensure that all 3PLs meet their  commitments in terms of price, efficiency, and documentation required according to the agreements 
  • Setting up and monitoring the processes of proper storage, packaging, labelling, and shipping of different Razor products and partner with our Marketing  team on insertion of marketing media, helping to ensure a high-quality delivery experience for our customers 
  • You will be the key contact for our Customer Success Team for logistics topics, order processing accuracy, and warehousing-related issues 
  • Working together with our Accounting team to ensure all 3PL and freight payments are in compliance with Contracts and SLA’s 
  • Owning the process of the inventory traceability and will take care of Quality Assurance and Inventory Control Checks with 3PL and report any damages or missing inventory 

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Have 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role in distribution and fulfilment or a related field
  • Have an experience managing domestic logistics contracts for both small parcel couriers, i.e. DHL, DPD as well as LTL
  • Have an experience developing 3PL relationships, both domestic and international
  • Have an experience in inventory management modelling, forecasting, reporting, and automation
  • Have an experience in ERP Procure-to-Pay & inventory modules
  • Have an experience with E-commerce platforms and interfaces with ERP and 3PL providers systems

Das Legal Team in Berlin ist das Herzstück unserer internationalen Rechtsprojekte. Wir unterstützen weltweit agierende Bereiche und Gesellschaften in vielfältigen Bereichen wie Gesellschaftsrecht (Gründung von Unternehmen, Corporate Housekeeping, Konsolidierung), M&A (Transaktionen und Integration), Commercial Law (inkl. We are seeking an experienced IT Security Professional with a specialized focus on O365, endpoint management, cloud security, and network security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security practices, risk management, and hands-on experience with various security tools and technologies. This role requires the ability to strategize, implement, and maintain security measures across multiple IT domains to safeguard our organization's data and infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing security policies, configurations, and best practices for Microsoft Office 365 (O365)suite.
