Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to extract and interpret data, providing actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision- making.
  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key business performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance existing processes, leveraging data analytics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Strategic Analysis: Support leadership with in-depth business analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve overall performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams in operations, tech, finance, and CX to translate business needs into data-driven recommendations.
  • Technology & AI Utilization: Stay ahead of emerging AI and business intelligence trends, leveraging automation and analytics tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.

Your Profile To succeed in this role, you:

  • Hold a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field (self-taught analysts are also welcome!).
  • Have trong analytical skills with experience in SQL; proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Are knowledgable in Python or R is an advantage but not required.
  • Have prior experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or strategic consulting is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate proactive, structured, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Possess strong communication skills with fluency in English, German is a plus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality analysis under tight deadlines.
