YOUR ROLE

As a Data Experience & Program Management Lead you will ensure that data-driven insights inform strategic decisions while managing programs efficiently to deliver results across the e-commerce organization.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing BI & Data Visualisation team
  • Design and implement BI strategies that enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
  • Utilize your expertise in SQL and data management to oversee our DWH operations and ensure data integrity & accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to provide data-driven insights that support business objectives
  • Champion best practices in data analysis, presenting findings in a clear and impactful manner to diverse audiences

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, with a proven track record of leading analyst teams for at least 3 years
  • Proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of database management & optimisation
  • Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, though familiarity with other tools is also valuable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • A proactive approach with high independence and personal responsibility
