Your Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Professional with a specialized focus on O365, endpoint management, cloud security, and network security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security practices, risk management, and hands-on experience with various security tools and technologies. This role requires the ability to strategize, implement, and maintain security measures across multiple IT domains to safeguard our organization's data and infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing security policies, configurations, and best practices for Microsoft Office 365 (O365)suite.
- Managing access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data protection measures within the O365environment.
- Implementing and monitoring security features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), DataLoss Prevention (DLP), and encryption.
- Overseeing configuration and deployment of endpoint security solutions including antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, and encryption technologies.
- Implementing automated endpoint patch management processes and respond to security incidents involving end point devices.
- Continuously evaluating and optimising onboarding and offboarding workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining network security infrastructure, including firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Monitoring XDR & CSPM environment to identify and remediate potential threats and ensure compliance.
- Identifying and assessing security risks across IT systems, applications, and processes, developing risk mitigation strategies.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you:
- Should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Should have Security+,CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Should have a minimum of 7years of experience in IT security roles, with a focus on O365, network security, AWS security, endpoint management, and user access workflow automation.
- Should have a strong knowledge of security principles, techniques, and technologies, including encryption, access controls, intrusion detection, and incident response.
- Should have an experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, DLP, IAM, and vulnerability management systems.
- Must have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Should have a clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Should have a self-motivated, proactive, and ownership mindset
