Senior Manager - International Transportation (all genders)

Your Role

In this role you will be responsible for all matters concerning international transportation of our amazing products – from our manufacturers to all destination markets across the globe. You will shape Razor’s international transportation strategy and lead its execution. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily booking and freight consolidation operations, leading a team of 8
• Monitoring and enhancing our tech-enabled booking and tracking automations as functional owner
• Working closely with the Supplier Operations team, the Warehousing team, and the Compliance team to ensure seamless flow of goods from factory to local market
• Managing customs service providers, ocean carriers, freight forwarders as single POC
• Negotiating annual contracts with ocean carriers

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

• Hold at least one degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diplom) in Logistics, Engineering, or similar field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of international transportation booking/planning, and at least 2 years of experience leading teams of 3+ members
• Demonstrate excellence in setting up, managing, and developing operational processes
• Enjoy working closely with Tech to enhance existing and develop new products to accelerate and improve execution
• Thrive in international team settings while being based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin
